Fall is for Stuffing and Bread Pudding

Despite what you may think, I DON'T eat out every night and I DO love to cook a nice meal at home or try out a new recipe once in a while. A couple of weeks ago, it was Rick Bayless' 7 hour mole. Last week, it's Ina Garten's shrimp bisque recipe, frozen in individual portions, ready to bring to work for lunch. Tonight, it's time for two different fall stuffing recipes from Bon Appetit magazine for a work potluck lunch. Both are extremely easy to make, very tasty, and appropriate for any Thanksgiving and Christmas meals you may be planning. Try it yourself!

    Glad to hear you're visiting Warsaw - here's a few places to check out: - some great Fusion dishes; 'Pillows of Joy' and 'Monte Cassino' are recommended! Central location. - traditional Polish and Hungarian food - loads of meat and huge tankards of beer. Just good grub for a fun evening (oh and huge plates!). Sister restaurant in the Old Town but a nicer setting -

    check out for great cocktails.

    For good nightlife, visit the Opera Club - as it suggests it's under the main Opera House in the dungeons and cellars - but a fantastic atmosphere and happy hour starts at 3am!

    For more fantastic food, but pricey by Warsaw standards (still not too bad) visit U Kucharzy The menu doesn't sound exciting, but the food is magnificent and very traditional. Also in the Old Town.
