Fall is for Stuffing and Bread Pudding
Despite what you may think, I DON'T eat out every night and I DO love to cook a nice meal at home or try out a new recipe once in a while. A couple of weeks ago, it was Rick Bayless' 7 hour mole. Last week, it's Ina Garten's shrimp bisque recipe, frozen in individual portions, ready to bring to work for lunch. Tonight, it's time for two different fall stuffing recipes from Bon Appetit magazine for a work potluck lunch. Both are extremely easy to make, very tasty, and appropriate for any Thanksgiving and Christmas meals you may be planning. Try it yourself!
