Two New Must Have Albums to End The Year With

In the last few weeks, both Fall Out Boy and The All-American Rejects released their new CDs.I highly recommend you download both and add some coolness to your iPod playlists.

Fall Out Boy's Folie A Deux is a collection of rockin' pop tunes that make them worthy of the star status they currently enjoy (and not just because Pete Wentz is married to a Simpson).  My faves were "The (Shipped) Gold Standard", "Disloyal Order of Water Buffaloes" and the Starship Cobra Remix of "I Don't Care."  In addition download "What A Catch, Donnie" which is not on the CD but a stand-alone single released around the same time...a great ballad to change it up a bit!

The All-American Reject's When The World Comes Down is the follow-up to Move Along and I predict it will produce as many hits as that hugely successful CD.  "Gives You Hell" is the first single of this new one and it's typically catchy with a funny video to go along with it.  And check out the title song "When The World Comes Down"...a moving call to action for the youth of today:

Here's another pity
There's another chance
You tried to learn a lesson
But you can't

If we could burn a city
And the future's burning fast
Without a change our lives will never last
We're going fast

You can sit beside me when the world comes down
If it doesn't matter then just turn around
We don't need our bags and we can just leave town
You can sit beside me when the world comes down
